The Level of Radiation Awareness Among Patients in KPJ Tawakal Specialist Hospital

This research is to evaluate the level of radiation awareness among patients in KPJ Tawakal Specialist hospital. Study design in descriptive. In this study, the chosen respondents were 80. Sample for this study were patients who had undergone for general x-rays, CT scan and fluoroscopy procedure in KPJ Tawakal specialist hospital. Study was done by distributing questionnaires to patients about knowledge and opinion of radiation. The questionnaires were asked to evaluate level of radiation awareness. Total respondents for my study were 80. Results from my study shows that 76% of respondents are having good knowledge about radiation and 65% of respondents having good opinion about radiation.
