Abstract

Breast cancer is the commonest cancer among women and the second common cancer overall. The objective of the study is to determine the level of knowledge, attitude and practice about breast cancer among Malaysian women in Southern area. Purposive sampling study were conducted among 150 women aged 18-60 in Southern Malaysia. Validated questionnaires were distributed at KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital. Data analysis using SPSS verison 22, descriptive; normality test, 1 way ANOVA and correlation, were used to analyse the associated factors towards the knowledge of awareness.
