Abstract
Background and Objectives: This paper is a preliminary study which focuses on translation and content validity of Satisfaction Questionnaire for Osteoporosis Prevention (SQOP) by healthcare experts as a part of this preliminary study by culturally adapting the items. SQOP was developed for postmenopausal women to assess patients' satisfaction when applying an osteoporosis screening and prevention service conducted by pharmacist. The SQOP developed and validated in English version previously consisting of 23 items covering seven domains which comprehensively covers aspects of satisfaction namely outcomes or efficacy, accessibility or convenience, technical quality, physical, interpersonal relationship, finance, and continuity. However, no translation and validation in Malay language (Bahasa Melayu) has been done concerning SQOP in postmenopausal women in Malaysia. Hence, this preliminary study was to translate from English version to Bahasa Melayu (BM) version and to conduct content validity for the items in the questionnaire.
